Beyonce Bares her Soul

On April 27, 2016

It's hard to explain Beyonce's latest 'visual album', Lemonade. Jimmy Kimmel had a good go at it using emojis.

It is Beyonce's sixth solo album and seems to feature her husband's infidelity as a theme. The release has been huge and surrounded by controversy which has gained it a heap of attention.

Lemonade previewed in an hour long video on HBO followed by live streaming on Jay-Z's music platform Tidal before finally going on sale yesterday. The New Yorker described it as 'a window into the soul of an icon'.
