Fed up with packing the lunches every morning? We love this new book that takes a look at the hilarious contents of one boy's lunchbox. Kat Chadwick's illustrations bring to life the humour in Peter Carnavas's story.

Born in Pahiatua, New Zealand, Kat completed a Diploma in Fine Arts (majoring in printmaking), then spent a few years exhibiting and travelling the world. In 1995 she moved to Melbourne to study Graphic Design at Swinburne University. She has worked at various Melbourne design studios. Kat has refocused on her love of image-making in between illustrating fabulous children's books.

What's In My Lunchbox by Peter Carnavas, illustrated by Kat Chadwick (New Frontier Publishing) is out now. $24.99.
