Need to brush up on your culinary skills? Leading independent television production company KEO Australia launched today the River Cottage Australia Cooking School 2015.
Are you an amateur cooks, food enthusiast or passionate small-farm holders? You can now register for a range of cookery courses that will further inspire your passion for cooking. The one-day weekend courses will be hosted by the River Cottage Australia television series host, Paul West and a team of experts with an emphasis on local, seasonal produce with a nose-to-tail approach.
The River Cottage Australia Cooking School 2015 commences on May 23rd and will run every Saturday and Sunday for twelve weeks. Small group classes will feature recipes from the television series and newly released River Cottage Australia Cookbook. Paul West will also take groups on a behind the scenes farm tour to meet the many farm characters, pick vegetables from the kitchen garden and be introduced to much-loved, four-legged mate, Digger.

The River Cottage Australia Cookbook (published by Bloomsbury) has also just been released and features recipes from the first three television series of River Cottage Australia (produced by KEO Australia).
