90 g (3¼ oz/2 cups) baby spinach
1 frozen banana
185 g (6½ oz/1 cup) chopped mango
250 ml (9 fl oz/1 cup) vanilla almond milk or soy milk
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
