Vince Flynnís Mitch Rapp series is coming soon to a cinema near you.

Dylan OíBrien (The Maze Runner) and Michael Keaton star in the action-packed film. O'Brien takes on the role of Mitch Rapp, a CIA black ops recruit who carries out covert counter-terrorist operations. Keaton stars as Stan Hurley, Rappís instructor.

Twenty three-year-old Mitch lost his parents to a tragic car accident at the age of fourteen, and his girlfriend to a terrorist attack just as they were engaged. Seeking revenge, he is enlisted by CIA Deputy Director Irene Kennedy as a black ops recruit. Kennedy then assigns Cold War veteran Stan Hurley (Michael Keaton) to train Mitch. Together they will later on investigate a wave of apparently random attacks on military and civilian targets. The discovery of a pattern in the violence leads them to a joint mission with a lethal Turkish agent to stop a mysterious operative intent on starting a world war in the Middle East.

The hunter is about to become the hunted, and Rapp will need every ounce of skill and cunning if he is to survive...

The film will be released later this year and is based on Vince Flynn's American Assassin. You can buy the book here in Australia and here in the UK.
