Thursday: The Handmaid’s Tale, 8.30pm, SBS on demand
Based on Margaret Atwood’s best-selling novel, The Handmaid’s Tale takes place in Gilead, a theocratic regime that values women only through their ability to reproduce. Offred (Elisabeth Moss) is Handmaiden to a wealthy couple who cannot conceive, and must navigate her way through Gilead unnoticed.

Friday: Unforgotten, 8.30pm, ABC
Sir Phillip Cross makes a hard decision in order to protect his family and salvage what's left of his reputation. Ray returns home to find Lizzie gone and a note that reads 'I'm sorry' and Father Robert comes clean to the police.

Saturday: Gypsy, Netflix
In this thriller therapist Jean Holloway (Naomi Watts develops dangerous and intimate relationships with the people in her patients’ lives.

Sunday: Poldark, 8.30pm, ABC
A grain ship is raided by starving villagers and George sentences the peasants harshly; Demelza gives birth to a daughter; George decides to host a Christmas party to court the gentry.
