New circumstances give rise to conflicts as Karen, Tom, Julia and Derek adjust to their new surroundings. Tensions at Liaisons are also coming to a boil, ensuring that the show will find its place in Broadway history. Meanwhile, Eileen may have found the key to saving Bombshell with the help of her daughter, Katie.

From the offbeat mind of Mike Judge comes a new HBO comedy set in Silicon Valley where the most qualified people to succeed are the least capable of handling success.

Thursday: Law & Order SVU, 9.00pm, Ten
A friend of Rollins asks her to help find his son, a high school football player who has gone missing, but Rollins seeks help herself with her gambling problems.

Friday: The Reader, 10.45pm, Gem
Nearly a decade after his affair with an older woman came to a mysterious end, law student Michael Burk is reunited with his former lover as she defends herself in a war-crime trial. Starring Kate Winslet and Ralph Fiennes.

Saturday: The Amazing Spider-Man, 9.00pm, Seven
This latest revamp of Spiderman tells a new story of Peter Parker, who was abandoned by his parents as a boy, leaving him to be raised by his Uncle Ben and Aunt May. As Peter discovers a mysterious briefcase that belonged to his father, he begins a quest to understand his parents' disappearance - leading him directly to Oscorp and the lab of Dr Curt Connors, his father's former partner. Starring Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone and Martin Sheen.
